Place of Performance

Special Requirements
Contractor personnel must comply with installation access and security requirements, including background checks and potential Common Access Card (CAC) issuance. Required training includes Awareness Training (AT) Level 1, iWATCH Training, OPSEC Training, and Information Assurance (IA) training. The contractor must develop and maintain an effective Quality Control (QC) Plan, clearly identify personnel as non-Government employees, designate a Contract Manager (CM), and report labor hours via a secure data collection site (SAM.gov).
