AMD01 - The purpose of this amendment is to correct the contract type from NA to Indefinite Quantity and correct the period of performance. Max capacity has been established at $3,000,000.00. This is a non-personal services contract providing all management, tools, equipment, materials, chemicals and labor required to achieve the desired results described herein through the application of herbicides and insecticides at the Three Rivers Regional Lakes of Central Texas, these being Aquilla, Navarro Mills, Waco and Whitney Lakes. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. All applications and treatment results shall be as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall be required to perform within the standards of this contract.
