Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to remove and replace the existing hot water boilers, recirculating pump, and storage tank in Building A3. The new system must include appropriately sized, redundant/cascading modulating, condensing boilers with a minimum 97% Thermal Efficiency, BACnet capabilities, and integration with the existing building automation system. Key tasks include:
- Removal of old exhaust stack, circulating pump, and secondary heat exchanger.
- Installation of new temperature and flow monitoring devices with BACnet.
- Installation of dirt/air separator and pressure relief valve.
- Replacement of air removal, dirt removal, and thermal expansion components.
- Ensuring Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) control during construction.
- Providing a 12-month warranty on all equipment and workmanship.
