This Sources Sought Notice is for market research to determine the availability and capability of qualified sources for CEREC Primescan Intraoral Scanner Systems. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 16 (NCO 16), is seeking this information for the Fayetteville VA Medical Center. This notice is not a solicitation for bids or proposals.

• Procurement, delivery, installation, and training for two (2) CEREC Primescan intraoral scanner systems.

• Systems must support fast, precise digital impressions for restorative dentistry, implantology, and sleep appliance workflows.

• Brand-Name or Equal requirement: Offerors may propose an "equal" product if it meets or exceeds all salient characteristics.

• Salient Characteristics include, but are not limited to:

  • Short chairside treatment times and high-accuracy digital impressions.
  • Flexible digital workflow options, including multiple scan modes and real-time visualization.
  • HIPAA-compliant data transfer.
  • Full-arch scan in less than one minute.
  • Capture data from various materials without powdering.
  • Fast, secure, HIPAA-compliant digital data transfer.
  • Real-time communication and data exchange with dental laboratories.
  • Integration with or display of CBCT images.

• Delivery within 60 calendar days after receipt of order (ARO) to Fayetteville VA Medical Center.

• Installation and training within 10 business days after delivery.

• Minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty, including parts, labor, and software updates.

• Remote and telephone technical support during business hours.

• Vendors are requested to provide specific company information, including UEI number, number of employees, and website.

• Information on existing GSA/FSS, NASA SEWP V, or other federal contract holders is requested.

• Details on socio-economic status and small business size under NAICS code 339114 are required.

• Authorized distributor documentation is required if not the manufacturer.

This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research to identify qualified vendors capable of providing CEREC Primescan Intraoral Scanner Systems to the Fayetteville VA Medical Center. The responses will help the government determine the appropriate acquisition method.
