Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide catered meal services for approximately 140 Soldiers during a three-day Collective Training event for the New England CERFP.

• Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control for catered meal services.

• Meals must be prepared and served in accordance with this PWS and all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and sanitation requirements.

• Contractor is responsible for setup, serving, breakdown, and cleanup of serving lines.

• Contractor is not responsible for cleaning dining areas and kitchen areas.

• Food preparation must adhere to TB MED 530 (Tri-Service Food Code).

• Prepared food items must be marked with a time 4 hours past removal from hot holding/refrigeration.

• Bagged meals must be provided within 4 hours of removal from temperature control.

• All food must be prepared on the day it is served.

• Food preparation should occur within a 60-mile radius of the delivery location.
