Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive support for the training exercise, including:
- Role Player, Moulage, and Trauma Manikin Support: Supplying casualty role players, displaced civilians, weighted manikins with moulage (simulated injuries), injury cards, and associated logistics (setup, transport, props). Specific moulage types include trauma, burns, chemical burns, and mental health simulations.
- Ambulance Service: Providing two (2) ambulances with certified personnel (1 BLS, 1 ALS per vehicle), ensuring at least one remains on-site.
- Lumber Package and Technical Rescue SMEs: Delivering a specified lumber package and providing two (2) Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for refresher training on shoring, lifting, hauling, FEMA markings, rope rescue, and breaching. A forklift operator is also required.
- Radiation Buttons: Supplying five (5) RAD Buttons (preferably Cs-137).
- Chemical Simulant Service: Providing chemical simulants for monitoring equipment training, along with one (1) CBRN response SME.
- Structural Collapse Venue Site (SCVS) Reset: Supporting the reset of the SCVS (rubble pile).
Key Requirements & Clarifications
- Personnel: Contractor employees require appropriate identification and mandatory training (AT Level 1, iWATCH, OPSEC) for installation access.
