Evaluation

Additional Notes
Offerors must be registered in the SAM.gov system. Training courses will be conducted in English, with most content translated into Japanese. Contractors' employees traveling to Japan for performance must follow specific procedures, including obtaining a Letter of Authorization (LOA) via the SPOT system.
