This solicitation is for the acquisition of Certified Kosher/Halal Items for the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Beaumont. The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking quotes for these items.

• The primary deliverable is the supply of Kosher/Halal items.

• Quoters must provide a letter of certification from a religious certification agency, dated no more than 11 months prior to the quote date. This certification must be submitted for each item being bid on.

• Failure to submit religious certifications will result in the quote being considered unacceptable.

• The contract will be processed via Government Purchase Order.

• Delivery of awarded items can begin as early as July 6, 2026.

• Quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and include their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number in their quotes. Registration will be verified prior to award.

• Required submission documents include: Standard Form 1449 and National/Kosher Menu Specifications Quote Sheets for items being bid on. Do not place pricing or item descriptions on the SF 1449.

• Faxed quotations and photocopies will not be accepted.

• Quotations must be received by June 25, 2026, by 12:00 p.m. CST.
