Statement of Work (SOW)

This SOW outlines the requirements for comprehensive, certified testing and inspection services for the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center Petaluma's (TRACEN Petaluma) gasoline dispensing system and associated Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

• Certified Inspections and Testing: Perform monthly, annual, and triennial inspections and tests for the UST system and components.

• Operator Training: Provide annual training to designated Coast Guard employees on the Veeder-Root TLS-350 system and emergency response protocols.

• Deficiency Handling: Alert the Government Technical Representative and/or Gas Station Manager of any discovered deficiencies and provide a quote for repairs within 5 business days.

All testing and inspections must comply with applicable Federal, State of California, and local laws, ordinances, statutes, and regulations, including California SB989 and CG TRACENPETINST 10340.0 A.

• Period of Performance: One base year (August 1, 2026 – July 31, 2027) with four one-year option periods through July 31, 2031.
