Special Requirements & Notes
- Government Self-Insurance: The U.S. Government is self-insured; therefore, contractors shall not include commercial insurance fees, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), or Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) in their rates. Liability for damage beyond normal wear and tear will be adjudicated under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA).
