Scope of Work

Contractor Engineering Technical Services (CETS) will provide expert technical support to ensure the sustainment life cycle of the APY-9 RADAR and E-2D systems. This includes:

  • Informing, instructing, and training Navy and Marine Corps personnel on installation, operation, and maintenance.
  • Providing technical guidance to resolve complex problems at Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot maintenance levels.
  • Developing training materials, technical reports, and managing cost reporting.

Approximately 99% of the work will be performed at Government sites, including Point Mugu, CA; Norfolk, VA, and other Fleet shore activities. Personnel must be U.S. citizens, hold a Secret clearance, and be Ready For Tasking (RFT) to worldwide locations, including hazardous duty zones.

  • Detailed capabilities and experience with similar efforts within the last two years.
  • Technical knowledge and experience with the APY-9 Radar for the E-2D and associated support equipment.
  • Discussion of processes for addressing fit, form, and/or function issues.
  • Ability to begin performance upon anticipated contract award.
