THIS IS A SPECIAL NOTICE ANNOUNCEMENT to inform interested Design-Build, Construction and A-E firms of multiple Industry Day events being held by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Construction & Facilities Management (CFM) for the upcoming CFM Healthcare Design-Build and Construction MATOC requirement. The 1st will be August 20, 2025 from 3:45-4:45pm EDT at the DBIA 2025 Federal Sector Design-Build Industry Days held at the Hyatt Regency Reston, VA. The 2nd will be held VIRTUALLY for all interested parties on September 4, 2025 at 1:00pm EDT. There is an Unrestricted as well as a SDVOSB set-aside component to this MATOC, so all businesses are encouraged to attend. Please see the attachments to this announcement for more details and registration instructions. Additionally, this special notice includes a copy of the DRAFT RFP for industry feedback and comment. DRAFT RFP comments are due by COB on September 12, 2025.
