Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide non-personal services for Portable Showers Setup Service for the United States Army South (USARSOUTH) in support of Centam Guardian 2026 (ExCG 26) in El Salvador.

• Provide portable shower trailers with fourteen (14) individual shower heads.

• Offer self-powered and maintenance services for the shower trailers.

• Deliver services at specified locations and dates.

• Provide self-standing stairs (60" tall, 36" wide with handrail and non-slip surfaces) for each shower head.

• Supply a 3/4" fresh water supply line and a 4" grey water discharge line.

• Provide a 3,000-gallon grey water tank.

• Ensure plumbing is secure, properly marked, and free of leaks or breakages.

• Repair any plumbing leaks or breakages within 4 hours of notification.

• Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) is 100% compliant for all services.

• Repairs for plumbing leaks or breakages must be completed within 4 hours of notification, 24/7.

• Service Technicians must notify the KO or COR if units cannot be restored to operational status within 4 hours.

• Contractor must provide a 24/7 trouble call number.

• Period of Performance: 14-28 April 2026, with installation on 14 April 2026 and removal on 28 April 2026.

• Contractor must comply with applicable regulations, publications, manuals, and local policies and procedures, including those related to safety and environmental compliance.
