Scope of Work
The requirement involves providing all necessary materials, equipment, and personnel for routine dockside maintenance. Anticipated tasks include:
- Fire Prevention Requirements
- Cleaning and inspecting various tanks (Water Mist, Potable Water, Lube Oil, Ballast, Dirty Oil, Waste, Grey Water Holding, Sewage Holding) and voids.
- Commercial cleaning of exhaust piping for Main Diesel Engine, Ship Service Diesel Generator, Boiler Exhaust Stack Uptakes, Bubbler Diesel Engine, and various vent ducts.
- Cleaning, inspecting, hydro-testing, and lifting Compressed Air Receivers and System Valves.
- Inspecting and servicing Anchor Windlass, Vertical Capstan, Single Point Davit, and Hull Fittings.
- Cleaning and flushing Grey Water and Sewage Piping.
- Safety Rail Stanchion renewal.
- Fabrication and installation of a Lube Oil Storage Tank.
