Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) requires the full groom and service of the CGC CLARENCE SUTPHIN’s steering system to ensure it is returned to a fully mission-capable status.

• Service: Groom and service the steering system, including troubleshooting and reporting.

• Tasks: Conduct a full inspection of the digital steering control, perform full system testing, inspect and troubleshoot configurations, conduct calibration testing, inspect rudder responses, and test steering control feedback loops.

• Deliverable: Submit a written report detailing all efforts and findings, including a quote for any necessary additional repairs.

• All systems and components must be satisfactory (SAT) upon completion.

• The system will be deemed mission capable after successful SAT testing and installation.

• A written report of all efforts and findings is required.

• Period of Performance (POP): Two days during the week of February 20, 2026.
