This includes furnishing management, labor, materials, and equipment for ventilation cleaning in Galley, Pantry, General, and Laundry spaces. Work involves disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling ventilation systems, with specific attention to accumulated oils and greases in Galley and Scullery exhaust. Video probe equipment is required for internal inspection. Disassembly is limited to existing panels and localized breakdowns, not major duct sections.
