Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist by the due date. Required submission components include a Cover Letter, Price Schedule (Attachment 1), a Past Performance Submission (limited to 3 pages), and a Technical Capability Submission (limited to 15 pages). Quotes must hold prices firm for at least 90 calendar days. Evaluation will prioritize Technical Capability and Past Performance as significantly more important than Price. The Government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest-priced quote if it is in the best interest of the Government.
