Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To repair the Galley Roller Door on the United States Coast Guard Cutter (USCGC) MUNRO.

• Provide and install a new barrel suitable for the existing Cookson galley roller door.

• The door has approximate opening dimensions of 160" wide by 40" tall.

• The repaired door must be in satisfactory operating condition, defined as opening and closing smoothly in a controlled manner, without abnormal noises or binding.

• An initial operational test will be performed by the Coast Guard prior to work commencement.

• A final operational test will be conducted by the Contractor in the presence of the Coast Guard Inspector after work completion.

• The Contractor shall submit a final Condition Found Report (CFR) documenting the as-found condition and a final CFR documenting the as-left condition and successful test results.

• Place of Performance: USCGC MUNRO at USCG Base Alameda, 1 Eagle Rd, Alameda, CA 94501.

• Period of Performance: June 8, 2026 to June 12, 2026.

• The Contractor must furnish and install all protective measures in accordance with SFLC Std Spec 0000, paragraph 3.3.3.

• The Contractor must handle all interferences in accordance with SFLC Std Spec 0000, paragraph 3.3.5, including "Galley in operation" and "Roller door."

• Work coordination is required to avoid disruptions with galley operations. Coast Guard personnel will operate shipboard machinery and equipment.
