Purpose

Scope of Work
- Provide one (1) 120-foot Straight boom lift (manlift), Diesel 4WD or equivalent. Comparable equipment with similar working height and capabilities may be considered.
- Rental is for equipment only; operator services are not requested or authorized.
- The vendor must refill the lift's fuel tank upon completion of the rental.
- The lift must have been manufactured within 5 years of the contract award date.
- An inspection report confirming the equipment is in good working order must be provided prior to delivery.
- If the equipment becomes non-functioning, the Contractor has 24 hours to replace or repair it. The Contractor must be available 7 days a week for repairs or replacement.
- The Contractor is responsible for the delivery and pickup of the lift and is liable for any damage to government property caused by the Contractor.
