- Lodging: Provide quality temporary lodging for 13 Coast Guard personnel (4 double occupancy, 5 single occupancy rooms) within a 30-mile radius of Yank Marine, 487 Main Street, Dorchester, NJ 08316. Facilities must meet minimum 3-star (Forbes/Mobil) or 3-diamond (AAA) ratings, include specific amenities (laundry, workout, internet, maid service, etc.), and comply with the Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990.
- Dining: Provide healthy, appetizing, and nutritious dining, including 3 meals a day and wait staff gratuities, for up to 12 Coast Guard personnel. Dining must be within a 10-mile radius of the primary lodging location and within a reasonable distance (not more than 10 miles) of the shipyard for lunch. Meals must offer variety and take-out options.
