Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for CGR Landscaping Services at the U.S. Consulate General Residence in Dubai, UAE. The government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting the lowest priced, acceptable offer.

• Comprehensive landscaping and garden maintenance services for the Consul General Residence.

• Includes all labor, materials, equipment, insurance (including DBA), overhead, and profit.

• Specific tasks include grass cutting, edging, trimming, weeding, pruning, leaf removal, debris removal, watering, fertilizing, and pest/disease control.

• A Grounds Maintenance Plan must be submitted within 30 days of award.

• Contractor must provide a trained horticulturist for technical guidance.

• Contract type: Fixed-price per month for standard services.

• Period of Performance: 12 months base period, with four one-year option periods.

• Offerors must possess a valid UAE Trade License for landscaping activity.

• Proposals must be in English.

• Standard Form 1449, Section I (Pricing), and Section 5 (Representations and Certifications) must be completed and submitted.

• NDAA 889 compliance certification is required.

• Defense Base Act (DBA) insurance premium costs must be included.
