Scope of Work
The requirement involves providing highly capable and experienced Depot Level artisans to inspect, disassemble, modify, assemble, perform operational checks, and document modifications of CH-53E/K aircraft. Key tasks include:
- Incorporating aircraft modifications.
- Producing and delivering aircraft retrofit A-Kits.
- Performing Organization Level maintenance (scheduled and unscheduled).
Work will primarily occur at MCAS Miramar and MCAS New River, with additional requirements at other Government-owned CONUS and OCONUS locations (e.g., MCAS Futenma, Japan). Contractors must be able to stand up modification capabilities within 30 days of contract award.

Submission Requirements
Interested businesses should submit a capabilities statement (max 10 pages) demonstrating their ability to perform the full range of services. The statement must include:
- Company details (name, address, POC, business size, UEI, small/large business status).
- Experience (last 5 years) in rotary-wing aircraft Depot Level Modifications.
- Experience maintaining aircraft per COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 Series.
- Ability to meet the 30-day timeline for aircraft induction.
- Experience with concurrent maintenance/modification on C/MH-53E series or similar airframes.
- Production/engineering capabilities for producing and delivering A-Kits for CH-53E/K or similar, including industry certifications.
- Capability or existing agreements for technical data access for CH-53E/K aircraft.
- If teaming, explanation of ability to perform at least 50% of tasking with similarly situated entities.
