Scope of Work
This opportunity seeks sources for Depot Level A-Kit installations and fabrication of kits to support recurring, non-recurring, and prototype aircraft modifications for CH-53E/K aircraft. Work will be conducted at Government-owned CONUS and OCONUS locations, including primary sites like MCAS Miramar and MCAS New River, and occasionally MCAS Futenma, Japan. The contractor will provide highly capable artisans to inspect, disassemble, modify, assemble, perform operational checks, and document aircraft modifications in accordance with applicable Technical Directives. Additionally, the contractor must produce and deliver aircraft retrofit A-Kits.

Required Capabilities
Respondents must demonstrate the ability to:
- Incorporate aircraft modifications.
- Produce and deliver aircraft retrofit A-Kits.
- Perform Organization Level maintenance (Scheduled and Unscheduled).
- Stand up aircraft modification capabilities within thirty (30) days after contract award.
- Maintain aircraft in accordance with COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 Series.
- Access technical data, including engineering/repair data for CH-53E/K aircraft and components.
Submission Details
Interested businesses should submit a capabilities statement (no more than 10 pages, 12-point font) electronically via email to the listed contacts. The statement must include:
- Company information (name, address, size, POC, UEI, annual revenue history).
- Experience (last 5 years) in rotary-wing aircraft Depot Level Modifications.
- Experience with COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 Series.
- Ability to meet the 30-day timeline for aircraft induction.
- Experience with concurrent maintenance/modification on C/MH-53E series or similar airframes.
- Production/engineering capabilities for producing and delivering A-Kits.
- Capability or agreements for technical data access.
- If teaming, explanation of ability to perform at least 50% of tasking with similarly situated entities (for Small Business Set-Aside).
