Scope of Work
This effort requires skills, experience, and facilities to provide installation and material support for CH-53E/K Depot Level Aircraft Modifications. Taskings include:
- Conducting Depot Level A-Kit installations.
- Fabrication of kits for recurring, non-recurring, and prototype aircraft modifications per Engineering Changes.
- Inspecting, disassembling, modifying, assembling, performing post-inspection, operational checks, and documenting aircraft modifications in accordance with Technical Directives.
- Producing and delivering aircraft retrofit A-Kits.
- Organization Level maintenance (Scheduled and Unscheduled).
Work will be conducted at Government-owned CONUS and OCONUS locations, primarily MCAS Miramar and MCAS New River.

Required Capabilities
Prospective offerors MUST be able to stand up aircraft modification capabilities to support aircraft inductions within thirty (30) days after contract award. Contractors must also demonstrate experience with COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 series, DCMA 8210, and H-53 Maintenance Instruction Manual procedures.
Submission Details
Interested businesses should submit a capability statement (max 10 pages, 12-point font) via email. The statement must include:
- Company Name, Address, Business Size, POC.
- Company profile (employees, annual revenue, office locations, UEI, small/large business status).
- Prior/current corporate experience (last 5 years) of similar size/scope, including contract numbers and POCs.
- Detailed answers to specific questions regarding rotary-wing aircraft Depot Level Modifications, COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 Series compliance, ability to meet 30-day timeline, concurrent maintenance/modification experience, A-Kit production capabilities, and access to technical data for CH-53E/K aircraft.
- If teaming, explain ability to perform at least 50% of tasking with similarly situated entities (for small business set-aside) and confirm all teaming partners are eligible KRACKEn MAC awardees.
