The capabilities statement should include company information, SAM.gov registration, CAGE code, Unique Entity ID, Point of Contact (POC) information, SDVOSB status, a list of up to three similar past contracts, and indicate interest in prime or subcontracting roles. The government is also seeking industry comments on experiences with competing in development and revision efforts. SDVOSB primes utilizing "Similarly Situated Entities" for subcontracting must identify those entities.
