Justification & Response
The Government intends to negotiate with Airmo Inc. Pressure Technologies as the sole source because they are the sole manufacturer and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of this equipment. The Government lacks the data, drawing rights, and technical expertise to permit full and open competition or obtain these items from an alternate source. Airmo Inc. also does not have authorized distributors for this product.
This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date, but the decision not to compete is solely at the Government's discretion. Responses will not be paid for, and this notice does not commit the Government to any solicitations or awards.
