NAV-Aids Ltd is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and holds full proprietary rights to the related drawings and technical data. The Government does not possess the technical data or equipment to obtain this item from an alternate source, limiting competition to NAV-Aids Ltd and its authorized distributors.
