Safran owns the proprietary data, and the Government lacks the technical data or equipment to obtain this item from an alternate source. This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. The Government will consider information received but reserves the discretion not to compete this procurement. No payment will be made for responses, and there is no commitment to issue solicitations or awards based on responses.
