Justification for Sole Source
The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." This is due to the Government lacking data or drawing rights for the item, which is further indicated by the "3H" Acquisition Method Code. Furthermore, Donaldson Company Inc., the manufacturer, does not have any authorized distributors, making them the sole source for procurement.
