Submission & Evaluation
Proposals are due by 01:00 PM local time on May 20, 2026, and must be submitted electronically via email to Christopher Brake. Proposals should be fully searchable PDFs, formatted on letter-sized pages with 1-inch margins, and the Technical volume should not exceed 10 pages (excluding cover/TOC). The government will evaluate proposals based on Technical, Past Performance (Recency, Relevancy, Quality, Timeliness), and Price, with Technical and Past Performance rated Acceptable or Unacceptable.
