This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services, specifically chainsaws for the Fort Apache Agency - Fuels Management. • A signed and completed copy of the IEE Representation Form and DIAR 1452.280-4 is required.

• Pricing must be in Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) format.

• Evaluation will be based on Price and other factors considered, with the most advantageous offer to the Government being selected.

• Contractor inquiries must be submitted via email to danielle.bitsilly@bia.gov no later than 9:00 AM MST, June 30, 2026.

• This requirement is set-aside 100% for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs).

• The NAICS code is 333310, with a small business size standard of 1000 employees.

• Offerors must be authorized resellers with an active SAM.gov profile.

• The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 and CAAC Letter 2025-02.

• Payment will be made via the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
