All services, parts, and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) components must be in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined and conform to manufacturer’s equipment specifications and the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Sole-Source Justification & Eligibility
The contract is intended for Chant Engineering Co., Inc., identified as the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for both units. Market research indicated Chant Engineering possesses proprietary design, software, exclusive parts rights, and specialized technician training, making them the only vendor capable of accurate and compliant calibration and maintenance. Chant Engineering is identified as a Small Business. The determination for sole source acquisition is made in accordance with FAR 13.101(b).
Timeline & Response
