Scope of Work
The selected contractor will provide professional A/V support for Sunday services and up to eight non-Sunday services annually. Key responsibilities include:
- Pre-Service Preparation: Arriving 45 minutes prior to set up and test all A/V equipment, microphones, speakers, monitors, and streaming software.
- Service Operation: Managing the live audio mix using a DL32S Mackie Mixer, operating cameras for the Facebook Live stream, and proactively troubleshooting A/V issues during services.
- Post-Service Duties: Properly shutting down and storing A/V equipment and reporting any malfunctions to chapel staff.
- Professional Conduct: Assimilating, assessing, and improving A/V procedures while maintaining professional standards.
