Chapel Marriage Retreat

Statement of Work (SOW)

To obtain conference facilities, lodging, meals, and associated support services for a Chapel-sponsored Marriage Retreat for military members and their spouses. The retreat aims to strengthen marital relationships, improve family resiliency, and enhance mission readiness.

• Provide facilities within a 3.5-hour drive of Vandenberg SFB, California.
• Host approximately 50 participants.
• Offer lodging for approximately 25 couples in private guest rooms.
• Provide meeting facilities with necessary AV support (projection, screen, sound system, internet access).
• Serve 4 meals for 50 personnel, including breakfasts, lunch, dinner, light refreshments, and continuous nonalcoholic beverage service.
• Provide event coordination support.

One weekend between June and July 2026 (Friday check-in to Sunday check-out), dependent upon availability.

• Meeting room access for up to 12 hours per day (08:00am - 08:00pm).

• Set-up and teardown services for meeting spaces.

• On-site check-in/check-out services for lodging.

• Parking accommodations.

• A professional setting conducive to communication, relationship development, resiliency, and participant engagement.

• Provide facilitators and instructors.

• Provide curriculum materials.

• Provide participant roster and event agenda.

Amendment / Modification

This document is an addendum to provision 52.212-2, "Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services." It clarifies the evaluation factors that will be used to award a contract.
