Performance Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in musical interpretation and sight-reading music.
  • Ability to play both piano and organ.
  • Familiarity with liturgical or contemporary worship service formats.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of military music ministry experience and experience playing in a church congregation.
  • Adherence to Marine Corps standards of conduct.
  • Base access requires registration in the Defense Biometrics Identification System (DBIDS).
