- Lodging: Accommodate up to 122 participants (including Chaplain Corps personnel) for up to two nights, with rooms for at least four people, featuring TV, refrigerator, microwave, and internet. Lodging facilities must meet IHA Three Star rating criteria.
- Event Space: Provide suitable General Meeting and Breakout Session rooms with specified availability.
- Recreational Activities: Offer on-site or nearby recreational options (fitness center, swimming pools).
- Meals: Provide five meals per participant (two hot breakfasts, one lunch, two dinners) with dietary options.
- Childcare: Services for children up to specified quantities, adhering to strict staffing ratios, background checks, and safety certifications, including specialized care for EFMP retreats.
