Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide a large Motor Coach Bus with two simultaneous coach drivers for non-stop transportation of 55 personnel between Malmstrom AFB, MT, and Camp Guernsey, WY, for two separate training trips.

• Includes all transportation costs, fuel, and per-diem for drivers.

• Two trips are required:

  • Trip 1: April 11 to April 18, 2026
  • Trip 2: August 22 to August 29, 2026

• Work involves the safe transport of personnel.

• Contractor must be a US-owned company with US citizen employees.

• Contractor personnel require installation access approval.

• Vehicles and operators must comply with Montana, Wyoming, and MAFB traffic laws.
