The contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment necessary for comprehensive charter bus services across the specified NAVFAC Atlantic AOR. Key locations include Naval Station Norfolk, NAS Oceana, Camp Lejeune, Cherry Point, and various bases in the Northeast AOR (e.g., Newport, New London, Philadelphia). Services require touring-type buses, equivalent to Commercial Highway Motor Coaches, that are no more than ten model years old at the time of rental. Buses must accommodate at least 47 passengers and include amenities such as reclining seats, heat, air conditioning, individual reading lights, bathroom facilities, and free Wireless Internet Access (Wi-Fi). The contractor will be responsible for all expenses incurred by drivers during overnight services, including lodging, per diem, tolls, and ferry fees. Contractors must be listed on the Department of Defense (DoD) Approved Carrier List.
