Key Requirements & Restrictions

  • Export Control: Drawings are designated Distribution D and are export-controlled. Offerors must possess a valid Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification (DD 2345 form) and requests for drawings must come from the JCP Custodian.
  • Cybersecurity: To access drawings, offerors must have a NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment summary level score, not more than three years old, posted in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 (self-assessment) is applicable.
  • Quality Documentation: Mandatory quality documentation includes Certificate of Compliance, Mercury Free Statement, Certificate of Analysis (for 304 CRES), Product Identification, Process Certification, and Special Packaging, as detailed in the Receipt Inspection Report (RIR). Passivation must adhere to SAE AMS2700F and ASTM A967/A967M-25.
  • Data Deliverables (CDRLs): Specific data items (Certificate of Compliance, Mercury Free Certification, Certificate of Analysis, Technical Report - Process Certification) are required, mostly "1 TIME" upon completion of each batch, and are subject to Distribution Statement D.
