This is a Two-Step Process:
- Step 1 (White Paper Submission): White papers are currently being solicited and must be submitted via email to AFRL.711HPW.MAA@us.af.mil.
- Step 2 (Proposal Submission): Only offerors whose white papers are deemed to meet Air Force needs will be invited to submit full proposals via a Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposals submitted without a preceding white paper will not be eligible for award.
- White Paper Due Date: Through September 30, 2027.
- Review Timeframe: White paper review is notionally 180 days but may take longer.
- The government reserves the right to award without negotiation.
