  • Performing work on dam infrastructure, riprap and stone protection slopes, inlet areas, and drainage areas.
  • Utilizing State of Rhode Island approved chemicals and application methods, with strict adherence to application timing restrictions related to rain and wind. No aerial applications are permitted.
  • Taking all necessary precautions for the protection of persons, property, water, and natural resources.
  • Submitting pre-work documentation such as an Accident Prevention Plan, Activity Hazard Analysis, Site Safety and Health Officer Designation Letter, First Aid/CPR Certifications, and Safety Data Sheets.
  • Providing Chemical Utilization Spray Reports upon completion of herbicide application.
