Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, tools, materials, startup/future reagents, transportation, delivery, and ancillary items/services for the installation and maintenance of leased Chemistry Analyzers. These analyzers are for Clinical Laboratories within the Billings Area Indian Health Service. Equipment must adhere to current National Electric Code (NEC), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards, and all environmental and safety codes. Systems and assays must meet requirements and performance characteristics defined by the 1988 Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA ’88), Clinical Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI), and be FDA approved. Appendix A provides details on laboratory space availability.

Additionally, respondents must submit the Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form. This form is crucial for self-certifying as an "Indian Economic Enterprise" and requires details such as the Federally Recognized Tribal Entity, 51% owner, Business Name, and UEI SAM Number. Offerors must meet IEE definition throughout the contract period and notify the Contracting Officer if eligibility changes.
