Statement of Work (SOW)

To upgrade the electrical systems in quadplexes located at 2014 C Street and 2046 B Street, Eagle Butte, South Dakota, to address obsolete and failing electrical components that are causing power failures.

• Upgrade main disconnects and appliance circuit disconnects for each individual unit within the quadplexes.

• Replace existing fuses with breaker panels.

• Replace wiring as needed.

• Contractor is responsible for obtaining all required permits and inspections.

• The project includes all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, testing, professional services, incidentals, and certifications.

• Replacement materials must meet current industry standards.

• Any required engineering services are the responsibility of the Contractor.

• Materials and workmanship must be warrantied for a minimum of one (1) year from the date of acceptance, or longer if covered by a manufacturer's warranty.

• The work shall be performed by a contractor experienced in assembly and installation of such materials.

• Work hours are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, based on a normal 40-hour work week.

• Contractor must limit use of premises to allow for tenant occupancy and use, coordinating with the Cheyenne River Agency, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Facility Management.

• The contractor shall provide written notification to the Contracting Officer's Representative when material has been ordered and the projected delivery date.

• Project completion will be determined by the Contracting Officer's Representative, with agreement from the Contractor Site Supervisor and Facility Manager.
