Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for upgrading the electrical systems in quadplexes located at 2014 C Street and 2046 B Street. Key tasks include:
- Upgrading main disconnects and appliance circuit disconnects for each unit.
- Replacing existing fuses with modern breaker panels.
- Replacing wiring as needed to meet current industry standards.
- Obtaining all required permits and inspections.
- Providing all necessary labor, transportation, equipment, materials, testing, professional services, and certifications.
- Ensuring materials and workmanship are warrantied for a minimum of one year.

Eligibility & Submission

- A bid guarantee (20% of the bid price or $75,000, whichever is less) is required.
- Performance and Payment Bonds are mandatory.
- Proposals must be submitted by 1900 (7:00 PM) local time on April 17, 2026, and remain valid for 90 days.
- Offerors are responsible for including costs related to tribal taxes, licensing fees (CRST Revenue Department), and TERO office coordination in their firm fixed price proposal.
- Prevailing wage rates, as detailed in Wage Determination SD20260003, must be adhered to.
Evaluation
Award will be made to the qualified contractor submitting the lowest total evaluated price.
