The requirement is for one (1) Remote Controlled Zero Turn 52-inch Tracked Rotary Mower or an equivalent model. Key specifications include:

• Powertrain: 30-40 hp Commercial Big Block engine (air-cooled, 850cc-1000cc displacement), Hydro-geare ZT-4400-5400 transaxles, 12-15 gal fuel capacity.
• Tracks: Rubber molded over steel links, 9-12" wide, J style tread.
• Dimensions: Max 1,790 lbs, Up to 95" long, Up to 80" wide, Up to 55" high.
• Performance: Minimum 4-8 mph transport/mowing speed, Minimum 50-degree slope climb ability.
• Mowing Deck: 7-gauge steel, 52" cutting width, 2.0"-6.5" cutting heights.
• Key Features: Remote connectivity 1000'+, cuts brush 1.5"+, fuel boost for slope, low ground pressure (2.2 PSI or less), remote tilt/drop auto-shutdown, 35-45 HP, 50+ degree slope climb.
• Warranty: 2 Years or 400 Hours.

Contract Details

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Delivery Order.
• Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (NAICS 333112, 1500 employees size standard).
• Delivery: FOB Destination to 441 East Main Street, Hancock, Maryland 21750, within 90 days from the date of award.
• Invoicing: Through the Internet Payment Platform (IPP).

Submission & Evaluation

• Questions Due: June 22, 2026, by 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
• Quotations Due: June 25, 2026, by 12:00 PM Eastern Time.
• Submission Method: Email to michelle_potter@ios.doi.gov.
• Pricing: Must be submitted on Standard Form 18 (SF 18), with blocks 12-16 completed and Block 14 signed.
• Assumptions/Conditions/Exceptions: Must be submitted under separate cover.
• Evaluation Criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
• Note: This is a Request for Quotation; submitted quotations are not considered offers. The government will not reimburse costs incurred for quotation preparation. Offerors must complete any attached representations and/or certifications.
