Scope of Work
BEP requires UHP Cr targets (16x131x402mm, 99.6% minimum purity) for its physical vapor deposition (PVD) systems at facilities in Washington D.C. (DCF) and Fort Worth, TX (WCF). The requirement is for twenty-four (24) targets per facility per year, totaling up to one hundred twenty (120) targets over a five-year period. Deliverables include Certificates of Analysis (COA) for chemical composition and material samples for independent analysis.
