• Quality Assurance: Contractor must notify the Contracting Officer at least seven (07) calendar days prior to any Q/A inspections or testing.

• Delivery: Required Delivery Date is 08/15/26. FOB Destination required.

• Payment Terms: NET 30, in accordance with FAR 52.232-25 Prompt Payment.
