• Certificate of Compliance: A Certificate of Compliance (DI-MISC-81356) must be submitted at the time of material delivery for each unique combination of Contract/Purchase Order Number, National Stock Number, and Item Nomenclature.
• DD Form 1423: Detailed guidance is provided for completing DD Form 1423, including definitions for various blocks and codes related to data item descriptions, inspection, acceptance, distribution, and pricing.
