Key Requirements
- Authorized Distributors: Offerors must be authorized distributors of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and provide a signed letter of authorization. If not the OEM, the OEM's name and CAGE must be stated.

Additional Notes
This amendment removes general "OPTIONS" from the solicitation. However, an option provision for increased quantity is included, allowing the Government to add additional quantities up to a cited percentage via modification within 365 days of award, and pricing for this option is requested. All contractual documents will be issued electronically.
