Scope of Work
This Statement of Work (SOW) establishes criteria for the repair, testing, and inspection of specific Circuit Card Assemblies (P/N 69516B-00, NSN 5998 015788585). The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary facilities, labor, materials, parts, and test/tooling equipment. Key requirements include:
- Repair & Overhaul: Disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repair/replacement of components, reassembly, and testing according to approved manuals.
- Material Specifications: Prohibition of MIL-W-81381 wire (SAE-AS22759 series required), compliance with IPC/EIAJ-STD-001C for personnel, and use of new parts/materials per FAR 52.211-5.
- Quality & Configuration Management: Establishment and maintenance of a quality system compliant with ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 and a calibration system meeting ANSI/NCSL Z540.3. Configuration management must adhere to NAVICPIA18.
- Repair Conditions: Detailed procedures for Beyond Economical Repair (BER), Missing on Induction (MOI), and Over and Above Repair (OAR) items, requiring Government concurrence.
- Contractor Responsibility: The contractor must specify the repair source and location, and is responsible for all parts, materials, and tooling unless specifically identified as Government Furnished Material (GFM). Cannibalization is generally not authorized without specific approval.
