  • A proposed price reduction amount per unit/per month for unexcusable RTAT delays, up to a maximum.
  • Important: Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item will be considered. Proof of authorization on company letterhead, signed by a responsible official, must be submitted with the offer.
